"People often ask about my leadership style. While 'Servant Leadership' resonates, I believe it's more accurate to describe it as a 'Lean Six Sigma Leadership' approach.

My experience with Lean taught me the power of empowering everyone to identify and eliminate waste. I apply this to leadership by creating a culture where:

 * Every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas.

 * We use data to drive decisions, not just opinions.

 * We focus on improving processes to create value for our customers.
